Accommodating up to 6 guests (with the possibility of extra beds for young children), the house combines authenticity, comfort and nature.
Original wooden floors and tasteful decoration create a warm and elegant atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing stay with family or friends.
Living spaces & comfort The large, bright living-dining room features a closed fireplace, perfect for cosy winter evenings by the fire.
Wide glass doors open onto the L-shaped balcony, facing east/south-east, surrounding the living room and kitchen and offering spectacular views of the castle and valley.
Ideal for outdoor meals or sunny breakfasts during the warmer months.
Fully equipped kitchen The bright, welcoming kitchen includes an oven, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher and a large panoramic window.
It also opens onto the balcony.
Bedrooms & bathrooms • 3 comfortable bedrooms: o 2 flexible bedrooms (double bed or two single beds) o 1 bedroom with a double bed • 2 bathrooms: o One on the first floor with bath-shower and toilet o The other on the mezzanine with walk-in shower, toilet and private sauna Relaxation space & nature corner On the second floor, a cosy little room allows you to retreat for a call, a nap, reading or a yoga session.
On the ground floor, a small furnished courtyard welcomes a garden table in summer, perfect for a peaceful outdoor meal.
Access & parking Parking for two cars is available directly in front of the house, and an additional gravel parking area is located 50 metres up the street.
Environment & activities Nestled in nature yet just steps from Bouillon’s centre, the house offers the best of both worlds: absolute tranquillity and easy access to shops, restaurants and historical sites.
Numerous hiking trails, cycling routes and outdoor activities start directly from the house.

De woning is op zich wel aangenaam. Gelegen op een Top locatie! Omringd door mooi natuur. Een grote troef is het terras. Maar wat de hygiene betreft is het zeer slecht. De keuken is zeer vuil. Koelkast en andere apparatuur zeker aan vervanging toe! De badkamers zijn niet aangenaam om in de douchen. Huis is serieus gedateerd. Voor de prijs mag kwaliteit veel beter zijn.

Das Haus an sich ist recht angenehm. Es befindet sich in bester Lage und ist von wunderschöner Natur umgeben. Die Terrasse ist ein großes Plus. Allerdings lässt die Hygiene sehr zu wünschen übrig. Het huis op zich is mooi en ligt op een prachtige plek, maar het is wel aan renovatie toe.
Het gasstel heeft een gevaarlijke pit, de afzuigkap(erg vuil) moet op een speciale manier aangezet worden, net als de vaatwasser. De douchkop hebben we met een ty-rip op de plaats gehouden en in de garage lek...
