We invite you to a feel-good experience in our holiday home in Fischbach, at the foot of the Großer Inselsberg ski area.
Beds are available in the bedroom for two adults and two children (children in bunk beds). An additional bed can be arranged upon consultation.
The living room is equipped with comfortable furniture, a color TV with satellite reception, and a radio.
A kitchenette with a refrigerator, two hotplates, a toaster, a coffee machine, cutlery, and dishes is provided.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and toilet. A terrace with a panoramic view of the Thuringian Forest and part of the village invites you to relax.
Parking for your car is located directly next to the holiday home. Are you traveling by train? We are happy to offer you a transfer to and from Gotha train station. In the idyllic surroundings of Fischbach, diverse excursion and hiking destinations await you. Discover the famous Rennsteig trail, explore Wartburg Castle in Eisenach, and experience history up close. The Kneipp spa town of Tabarz, located in the immediate neighborhood, is a special destination for nature lovers and active vacationers: enjoy the hiking paradise on foot, on skis in the cross-country ski trails, by bike, or embark on a guided Segway tour through the Thuringian Forest.
In summer, the climbing forest awaits you, and in winter, the ski area at Großer Inselsberg looks forward to your visit.
Those who enjoy excitement will get their money's worth on the summer toboggan run and in the fun park on the Kleiner Inselsberg.
Afterwards, you can relax in the Tabbs wellness pool. Thuringia's city landscape is also worth a trip: discover the cultural city of Weimar on the footsteps of Goethe and Schiller, or visit the state capital Erfurt. Fischbach itself also has a lot to offer: the open-air stage built in 1952 is known for its folk events and concerts.
