Nach den vielen Jahren der Nutzung sollten aber einige Dinge instand gesetzt werden, wie defekte Lichtschalter und Steckddosen. Auch sind verschlissene Gartenmöbel und Gerätschaften ...

Appartement très bien situé, bonne literie, suffisamment spacieux. Malheureusement, simple vitrage et volets en plastique foncé. Donc même en laissant les volets fermés, la température dans l'appartement est supérieure à celle de dehors. Il faudrait un autre vitrage et une autre couleur de volet. Pa...

le canapé est plus qu' usé... il est plus que temps de le changer.. les boiseries de la cuisine à changer car elles sont pourries(fenêtre et porte ) nous avons été envahi par les fourmis... dans les placards , évier,et même dans le frigo. A faire ces travaux au plus vite pour donner satisfaction car la maison est très bien située..
