Die Außenanlage ist top gepflegt. Badezimmer ist groß und auch die Größe der Wohnung ist gut.

Ausstattung ist ein großes Minus, Bett im Schlafzimmer komplett durchgelegen, Fenster im Schlafzimmer kann man leider nicht öffnen da das Fenster zum Flur führt und alle anderen Feriengäste daran vorbei im ihre Wohnungen gehen. in den Schränken waren Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe leider schmutzig. Auch am Schlafsofa waren Latten gebrochen.
