die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, die Bushaltestelle für den Skibus ist unmittelbar vor der Haustüre. Es hat einen Volg, eine Bäckerei, ein Sportgeschäft, die Touristen-Information und mehrere Restaurants direkt bei der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet.
