Div. Mängel in Küche. Defekte Schubladen.
Kühlschrank Sehr kalt (Kühlt maximal wegen defektem Thermostat.)
Bad: lockere Handtuchhalter links und rechts vom Waschtisch.
Einiges veraltet und verbraucht.
Generell ziemlich verbraucht.

Schöne, komfortable Ferienwohnung in Spitzen-Lage mit Blick auf den Luganer See. Kurzer Weg ins Zentrum von Lugano. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren aller zu Fuß, mit Bus, Bahn oder Schiff.
