Gemütliche, praktische Wohnung mit eigenem Zugang. Sonniger Balkon mit Blick in den Garten. Die Vermieterin spricht ausschliesslich Italienisch. Mit dem Übersetzungsprogramm auf dem Handy und ganz wenig Sprachkenntnis konnten wir uns verständigen. Die ausserordentliche Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit von Frau C. hat sehr geholfen.

Charmant altmodisch eingerichtete ruhig gelegene Wohnung, ideal für 2 Personen, um Locarno und Ascona fußläufig zu erkunden.. Auch zwei Supermärkte sind in Fußgängernähe. Eigener Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Schöner komplett überdachter Balkon (ideal bei Regen). Nette Vermieterin, die aber nur italienisch spricht!

Ist eine ältere Wohnung, was nicht schlecht war, nur die vielen Teppiche wo ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen sind, ist nicht so Hygienisch.Sonst war alles gut.Vermieterin sehr Freundlich
