Gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Bequeme Betten, Sofa und Fernsehstühle. Schöner Balkon mit Sicht ins Grüne. Gute Lage, Restaurants und Einkaufläden zu Fuss erreichbar. Unvermeidbar etwas Lärm aus den Nachbarwohnungen sowie vom nahe gelegenen Fussballplatz des FC Locarno.

Die Grösse der Wohnung war optimal für 3 Personen. Diverse Sachen müssten einmal erneuert werden. Abgenutzte Frotteewäsche. Im Fixleintuch waren 4 Löcher. Lampe bei Küchenabwaschbecken ist defekt. Der Sonnenstoren bei Balkon auf der linken Seite war defekt. ( Konnte nicht rauf und runter gelassen we...

Wir, ein Rentnerpaar mit Hund, haben uns in dieser Wohnung wie zu Hause gefühlt. Da wir während der Ferien gerne auswärts essen, hat es uns auch nicht gestört, dass die Küche sehr klein ist. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf eine prächtige Himalaya-Zeder und die abends umher schwirrenden Fledermäuse haben uns ganz speziell gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
