Mooie ligging van het appartement met een fenomenaal uitzicht op het dal.
De veel te hoge afstap van de woonkamer naar de tuin is een groot minpunt.

Die Unterkunft ist zu Fuss 3 Min. von der Gondelbahn entfernt. Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind begrenzt vorhanden und es kann ev. vor dem Haus nicht gewendet werden, wenn schon alles zugeparkt ist. Das Parkhaus ist nicht weit entfernt, jedoch mit Dachbox zu niedrig. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung.
